This handmade bracelet was made to accessorize the Flower doodle earrings that you can also find in my collection. The cuff was handcrafted from polymer clay and made to imitate rusty copper with a layer of patina. They are featuring a flower doodle pattern in the front and no pattern in the back.
The cuff is approx. 7'' x 2'' or 17.8 cm x 5 cm. The size can be customized.
The base has been wet-sanded before it was accented with acrylics. I have washed the cuff with a layer of clear gloss to protect it for the external environment.

= About polymer clay =
Polymer clay is a relatively new material. It is sold in blocks with a soft consistency similar to play-dough, but once cured, the clay hardens. Depending on clay brand, type of design, and processing, it can be very hard or semi-flexible. Most of the items in my collection such as cuffs and bib necklaces are semi-flexible so they are easy to put on. My earrings are hard to the touch. They are light and comfortable to wear, but quite sturdy. A polymer clay item can of course break, but I use a technique that makes them stronger and more resistant than what you can usually purchase. These earrings are hard to the touch.
My polymer clay items are finished with acrylics, mica powders, and other materials after being cured, and are coated with clear gloss to protect them. In the titles you will see described the colors and/or pattern of the items. A piece described as a copper polymer clay item is not made of copper, it is crafted of polymer clay so as to resemble copper in appearance.
